I'm back on track after my minor slip-up on Valentines Day. We went to a birthday party this weekend and I managed to only eat a small bite of a very tasty cupcake. If I wasn't serious about this weight loss, I so could have eaten SEVERAL of those.
I'm contemplating revealing my numbers (weight) with some pictures of me at different stages. I love reading about other people losing weight and it's a lot easier to relate when you see the real numbers/pictures. Maybe I'll do this for my week 8 post. What do ya'll think? I don't even know if many people even read this.
Edited to Add: I almost forgot, I bought a pair of jeans in a smaller size! One more size down and I have tons of clothes I can pull out of the guestroom closet. I can't wait!! Also, all of my new work pants and super saggy by the end of the day. I just bought these a month ago and I really don't want to have to keep buying pants so I'm going to stick with them for as long as I can.
Now for the exciting stuff:
Weight loss this week: 4.4 lbs.
Total weight loss so far: 21.5 lbs.

I read your blog every week from Blair's and I always remember yours because your daughter is SO CUTE! Post the pics at the very least, please : ) I also like to see-- motivate me!
Absolutely post pictures! It's amazing how motivating it can be! And if you've lost over 20 lbs so far, seriously you must be able to see the difference!!
And I am reading, so keep me motivated :)
I think you are doing a wonderful job on your weight loss journey. keep up the great job and share pictures
way to go girl! i knew you could do it again! you're on a roll again with your weight loss! keep it up!!
woot for another size!!!
and absolutely post pictures - it is the STRONGEST motivator. This is the first time I've ever done it when trying to lose weight & it really helps. I don't even know why, but it's worth a try!
That is amazing! More than 20 pounds already...you're doing great!
That is fantastic! I'm a reader, and I'd love to see pics - I need as much motivation as I can get! And WTG on the smaller size.
(You know a less expensive option to buying new clothes is to get your pants professionally altered by a tailor - I did that once several years ago when I lost a bunch of weight and it was a great solution)
I read, and I think you're doing a great job! Congrats on the new size, it's like you have a whole new wardrobe when you can pull those clothes out of the closet!
You go girl! Awesome job on the weightloss :)
Thanks for the motivation
