Now that I've reached my initial goal, I'm finding it hard to stay motivated on the weekends. I did really well all last week with tracking my calories and I worked out twice, but I blew it this weekend. I ate Mexican food and drank margaritas. I did work out yesterday and I'm back on track today. I think I'm okay with not being as strict about things on the weekends as long as I stay on track during the week and keep working out.
I did lose weight this week but I'm still not back to where I was before my big gain last week. I was down to 181 on Friday, but totally blew it this weekend.
Current weight: 183.4
Weight lost this week: 1.4 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 60.3 pounds

You doing great! I on the other hand gained like 4 pounds on vacations....talk about falling off the wagon and hitting every fat branch on the way down! :)

Weekends ARE tough..we get lazy around here and just eat poorly.. I need to work on that.
Remember...we aren't all perfect and we all have slip ups. I used to get so down on myself and then that would begin a downfall of more eating and more not being active. Just get right back to where you want to be. That's the true testament of perseverance. You've done so great so far!
