Yikes! Last week was obviously not the kick in the but I needed to get back on track. I did okay during the week but I was completely off the wagon all weekend!
By Friday I had lost 4 lbs from Monday, then we went out and I had a few margaritas. On Saturday and Sunday I ate a good part of a cookie cake, a cupcake, probably 1/3 of a box of Nilla Wafers, pancakes, etc.
I only walked twice last week. Blah, it's a new week and it's time to get back on track. It sucks watching my hard work slip away.
Current weight: 187
Weight GAINED this week: .2 pounds
Weight lost so far: 8.8 pounds
