Ok, that's more like it. I weighed in this morning at 190.4, which is 0.8 less than last Tuesday. Maybe I should switch my weight in days to Tuesdays? Or maybe I'll keep doing both to hopefully motivate me to do better over the weekend.
I tracked my calories yesterday and did day 5 of the 30 day challenge, which registered as day 4 because I apparently turned off the Wii last Friday before it registered the workout I had just finished. I guess I'm doing the 31 day challenge.
Current weight: 190.4..I better be back under 190 next week
