I made a few new recipes this week:
Apple Zucchini Bread..this is not very sweet. I added raisins and ate it with almond butter and honey.
Individual Meatloaf..yum! I made these for us to take for lunch. The recipe made three meatloaves.
Sweet Potato Chips..pretty good..they shrunk up a lot so one potato didn’t go very far.
Balsamic Chicken..I served this over whole wheat spaghetti. Very good. I’m taking leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus..pretty darn good. I roasted the red pepper on my gas stove.
Mario has lost over 15 pounds since we started clean eating..of course. Haha. He does run 7 miles a day though.
I hope everyone else is doing well and staying on track. Last week's gain was not water weight because it took the whole week to lose it. It took one night to gain it and a week to lose it. Ugh.
Current weight: 193.2
Weight lost this week: 1.4 pounds
Weight lost since starting clean eating: 5.6 pounds

He doesn't even look like he had 15 lbs to lose...men always lose faster. It sucks. Good job this.week. keep it up.
GOOD job! being down!! But Mario..15?!? Men are so silly, its like they just say, I want to get rid of it one day and its gone the next! no fair! I have to figure out a new plan, Im not really gaining but Im not losing anymore either. I really want to get down to 145 by Christmas, so that when we try for #2, the weight I gain isnt going to make me sad. But I cant seem to get past 160. Did you read a book on this clean eating? I need to figure something new!

Jessica, I'm pissed at myself because I was on track to be where you are now..and I blew it over the holidays last year and I'm pretty much starting over.
I didn't read a book, I just Googled "clean eating." I know that Tosca Reno has written a few books on the subject though. I like this because it's much healthier..and the food is pretty darn good. It is just time consuming preparing everything pretty much from scratch.
Way to go on the weight loss!
