I did pretty well all week, except for the few pieces of Halloween candy on Thursday night..I cannot be trusted around chocolate. I did pretty bad on Friday and Saturday though..I hate chips and queso on Friday night and ordered pizza on Saturday..after eating a bunch of samples at Costco. I got back on track yesterday and tracked my calories and ate clean.
Last night I made Spaghetti Squash Lasagna and it was good! I have Chicken Taco Chili in the crock pot for tonight.
I started the couch to 5K program again last week after making it to week 3 last year and quitting. Man, I hate running but it feels so good afterward. I finished week 1 yesterday and I'll probably start week 2 on Tuesday since we're trick-or-treating tonight.

I ate really good all week and then got Thai food on Sunday...urg. Back at it today! I have a party Im hosing on Sat so I have to be really good this week!!
