This week was pretty much a blow off week. I was sick starting on Tuesday and I didn't track my calories at all. I also didn't eat totally clean and did a lot of snacking. I'm back on track today with the usual breakfast, lunch and snacks.
I also didn't work out at all. I'm pretty sure I got sick right after starting the couch to 5K program last year too. I'm still congested and coughing so I'll start week 2 as soon as I feel better.

Weight lost since starting clean eating: 10.8 pounds
