I meant to write on Friday but got busy. There's not much to report, other than a 0.8 gain. I did well on Tuesday, I stayed within my calories and even walked 2.5 miles after work. I got an email that evening about a 3 month weight loss challenge for $ and the start date is this Wednesday. I decided to back off of the weight loss until after the challenge starts. I know that's pretty dumb but I'm very competitive. ;)
So, I will be on track this week with my eating and working out. Like I said, I'm very competitive and I needed something like this to motivate me to get my butt back in gear. I'll keep y'all updated on the challenge.
