Yikes, my eating habits have totally caught up with me! I deserve this..and it's the kick in the butt I need to get back on track.
I walked 5 times last week but didn't track any calories. I even stopped at Starbucks on the way to work a few times. I'm back on track..it's a new day, new week, and new month.
Current weight: 186.8
Weight GAINED this week: 3.2 pounds
Weight lost so far: 9 pounds

I'm in the same boat! Yesterday after weighing myself I forced myself to go run it off, my eating habits are getting lazy :( Fruit is coming back in season so hopefully that will help curve my sweet tooth!
I've been eating really bad stuff lately. I'm hiding from the scale! Don't worry, you'll get it back off this week!
