I did really well all last week. I tracked my calories every day and walked 4 times. I was down to 188 by Friday. Then the weekend happened. I went to a girls happy hour on Friday and drank skinny margaritas and ate a salad..not too bad. Then we hung out with some friends on Saturday and made fajitas..and snacked..and drank. I'm pretty sure I ate a whole bag of tortilla chips by myself. I knew I was going to pay for it on the scale..and I did.
I still lost weight since last Monday but I'm bummed that I'm back over 190. I need to be good this weekend! My pants are not as tight as they were and my husband says my butt looks good. Haha.
