I'm still on the same 'ole track of doing pretty well during the week and blowing it off on the weekend. I did manage to walk twice last week.
My goal for this week is to walk at least 3 times. The weather is much cooler than it has been and we're planning on working out right when we get home now, before eating dinner. It will be nice to get it over with. Plus, I tend to want to eat better after working out.
