McFatty Monday..week 4

I stepped on the scale this morning not expecting to see much of a change because AF started this weekend and I feel pretty bloated but I lost 2.2 pounds this week. Not bad. I still have not cheated at all with my eating and I have exercised 5 days a week for the past month. I finished the Wii Active 30 Day Challenge and I'm going to start the 6 week challenge on the Wii Active More Workouts game that we bought. I usually use this time of the month as an excuse to eat chocolate and not workout but not anymore!

We went to my nephew's 3rd birthday party and I didn't eat any pizza or cake...instead we went to Schlotzsky's afterward. I did see some pictures of myself from this weekend and I still look pretty big. Ugh. I think I have reverse body dysmorphic disorder. When I look in the mirror I really don't think I look that bad, but when I see pictures, I look horrible. Weird. Oh well, it's just more motivation to keep going.

Weight loss this week: 2.2 lbs.
Total weight loss so far: 13.7 lbs.

Way to go on the weight loss! And I think that's me, too. I think I don't look too bad until I see pictures and then I feel bad. :(

You're doing great though! Keep it up!

Awesome job-keep it up! I know how you feel I will leave the house thinking I look great, then maybe take a pic with Madi and I'm like WHO is that woman holding her?? lol
