McFatty Monday..week 5

Still going strong and I feel great! I haven't had cake, a cookie, Mexican food, non-baked chips, candy, pizza, a cheeseburger, anything fried, etc. etc. in five weeks and I don't really miss any of it. We usually eat out at least twice on the weekends and I've been planning ahead before we go anywhere. Lots of restaurants have their nutritional information on their websites and we make sure to only eat at restaurants that do. I usually know what I'm going to order before we even get there.

I lost 3.4 pounds this week and my clothes are fitting much more loosely. Mario says he can tell that I'm in a better mood now too.

Weight loss this week: 3.4 pounds
Total weight loss so far: 17.1 pounds

HOLY MOLY at 17 lbs!! WONDERFUL!

It's funny...I don't miss the junk quite as much as I thought I would! & I've also started perusing online menus first. It helps so much!
