I reached my goal..but this week was more bitter than sweet. A good friend of ours passed away after being in a coma for five days(I'll do a seperate post about him after we get back from the funeral). I spent most of the week feeling sick to my stomach and I didn't track my calories or anything. I'm pretty sure that I didn't eat enough for a few days.
As you can see, I changed my ticker on the right to reflect my new goal of 160. A couple of websites have said that 160 would put me at the high end of my healthy range. I'm sure the weight will be harder to lose as the numbers get lower.
Current weight: 184.8
Weight lost this week: 2.4 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 58.9 pounds
