Well, here it is..my starting weight for the 3 month weight loss challenge. The pot is over $300! I'm excited about seeing this number go down..and about the possibility of winning over $300!
Bring it on! My plan is to do a 1200 calorie diet of mostly clean foods (plus whatever I earn from working out). I'm also going to walk at least 2.5 miles around the neighborhood at least 5 times per week at a minimum pace of 4 mph.
I'm a 30 year old, married, working mom of a fun loving toddler named Caroline. Little brother, Max, is on his way and we are excited about the changes that will come with his arrival.
