Week 2 Check-In..

Today marks the end of the second week of the weight loss challenge and I'm still going strong. I've been tracking calories every and and I've walked every day for the past two weeks, except for Fridays. I feel great and I feel motivated...and I'm not starving!

There were fliers up around work announcing a weight loss dialogue series that they are starting and the first 25 people got to be part of it...and I got in. They're going to talk about different issues and challenges to losing weight and keeping it off and I'm excited to see if I can learn something new. We also get a free pedometer, cookbook and water bottle..sounds good to me!

This morning I was 194.6, which is down 2.8 over last week and 7 pounds overall!

yay!!! We are neck and neck!!! I know Nicole is with us too, not sure how good the others are doing, but the three of us are so close to each other!! whoooooo
