McFatty Monday..week 23

I promised some before and after pictures this week and I literally cringed when I was looking at before pictures. Wow! First of all, how did I let myself get that big. Second, how did I not even realize I was that big!? It's scary to me that I was able to put on that much weight and not completely realize how bad it was..I knew I was going to gain weight when I was pregnant, but I gained 85 pounds people!! That is not normal. I am so scared about getting pregnant again because I really don't know if I have enough self control to not end up in the same situation.

These pictures are from almost exactly a year ago. Notice how I still look 8 months pregnant..Caroline was over 2 months old.

Here are some pictures from a wedding we went to this weekend. I feel so much better about myself. I have so much more confidence and I don't feel like everyone is looking at me and thinking about how much weight I have gained. These pictures inspire me to keep going and to stick with the healthy lifestyle and I really hope they inspire some of you!

Edited to add my numbers for this week..oops.

Current weight: 187.2
Weight lost this week: 1 pound, I'm happy with this because I ate like crap this weekend!
Total weight lost: 56.5 pounds

CUTE pics! A pound down is a serious success with some of the weeks I've been having.

I totally forgot to weigh myself this morning - but I am starting the 30 Day Shred tonight... Wish me luck!

Keep up the good work!

Don't be hard on yourself, still having some pregnancy weight at 2 months pp is *completely* normal! Your hard work has paid off and you look amazing. Way to go! And I promise you won't gain as much next time around, because you'll be chasing Caroline all over. :)
