McFatty Monday..week 17

I'm still going strong. I only lost 1 pound this week but I figured the weight loss would slow down at some point..I'm happy as long as I'm still losing.

I mapped out the neighborhood course that I've been walking and it's a little over 3 miles..wow, that's longer than I thought. Plus, half of it is uphill.

Mario got on the scale last night and he's lost 15 pounds since I started this lifestyle change. The bad thing is that he didn't really need to lose weight. I guess when you get rid of all the junk in the house and stop eating Mexican food twice a week, you're going to lose weight. He's going to start snacking more and eating bigger portions of healthy things.

Current weight: 198.6
Weight lost this week: 1 pound
Total weight lost so far:: 45.1 pounds

Good for you! I am kind of in the same boat... My husband doesn't NEED to lost weight, but he is because our lifestyle has changed to meet my needs. It really is like those SlimQuick commercials... It seems so much easier for men!
