McFatty Monday..1.4 pound loss

I did pretty well this week. I walked 6 out of 7 days. I tracked my calories Monday through Thursday and made (mostly) healthy choices over the weekend. At the baseball game yesterday I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a fruit cup.

I'm excited that I lost weight this week. I also went down a belt hole and my usually pretty tight jeans are fitting perfectly. I'm still not back to where I was before I went off the wagon in November, but I'm close.

Current weight: 185.2
Weight lost this week: 1.4 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 10.6 pounds

I don't have any pictures of myself on my phone from this past week but I posted some pictures yesterday.
