I was going to take McFatty Monday off this week but I've decided to go ahead and post. I fell off the wagon big time this weekend! I had too much bad food, too much alcohol, and zero exercise..and I'm paying for it! I'm back to where I was 2 weeks ago weight wise..blah.
I'm back on track today...recording my food again and I'm walking tonight. I hope I can inspire some people to get back on track. Just because you fall off the wagon for a few days, doesn't mean it's all over.
Current weight: 184.8
Weight GAINED this week: 2.4 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 58.9 pounds..back under 60 :(
