I finished another week of tracking calories and walking. I did really well until Saturday night when I had a few margaritas and a few cups of sangria, which led to eating almost a whole basket of chips and salsa by myself.
I was steadily loosing all week and I was down to 187.8 on Saturday morning. Because of the crap I ate and drank on Saturday night, I was at 190 this morning. I sure do gain weight just as easy as I lose it. Oh well, back on track and feeling good.
Current weight: 190
Weight lost this week: 2 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 5.8 pounds
