McFatty Monday..3.8 lb Loss!

Wow, I had a good week this past week. I stayed on track with my calories every day (except Saturday, but I wasn't too bad). I walked 6 days last week and I've increased my pace and time. I'm averaging 50 minutes at about 4mph.

This week is Caroline's b-day week and we're doing Chuck-e-cheese on Thursday and her party on Saturday. Last year I refused to even taste her super-cute cake. I don't plan on skipping it this year, but I'm not going to eat a lot of it.

Current weight: 186.6..adios 190's!
Weight lost this week: 3.8 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 9.2 pounds
