I did really well Monday through Thursday last week, but cheated on Friday and Saturday. Friday was girls night at a Mexican restaurant. I ordered grilled chicken but had several margaritas and lots of chips and salsa.
On Saturday we went to another Mexican restaurant and I had quesadillas, a margarita and chips and salsa. I got back on track with calorie tracking yesterday and did my 5k walk. I'm not going to let this slip up throw me off track!
Current weight: 190.4
Weight GAIN this week: .4 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 5.4 pounds
