McFatty Monday..Week 16

Wow, I can't believe it's been almost 4 months since I started this lifestyle change..and what a change it has been. I feel so much better about myself now, which makes me a better wife and mother. I actually want to work out now, and I feel guilty if I don't. I'm very suprised about how good I have been with my eating. I used to snack constantly and crave bad foods. I haven't done any major cheating since I started this.

I got on the scale this morning and I was pleasantly suprised to see that I'm now under 200, which means I'm back to my pre-pg weight and I reached my first goal..ahead of my May 1st deadline. My next goal is 185, which is what I weighed on my wedding. I'm going to set a goal of July 15th..though I know it's going to get harder to lose as I get smaller.
Current weight: 199.6
Weight lost this week: 2.4 pounds
Total weight lost so far: 44.1 pounds
